Claire Hall is an award-winning glass artist based in Bristol who creates contemporary glass jewellery and sculptural vessels.
Claire’s work is inspired by the textures, colours and patterns within the natural landscape and the exploration of the human relationship in context to this.
Glass powders and natural chemical reactions feature strongly in the glass, with linear patterns drawn into the glass with a palette knife.
Her glass work is exhibited in galleries throughout the UK.
Claire also runs artist led courses and workshops in glass fusing, microcasting, lampworking and advanced glass jewellery making from her studio in Backwell.
These are small groups or one to one, individually designed for each student. She also teaches at Warm Glass UK in Somerset and West Dean College in West Sussex.
